DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy

Our Policy

Deuce respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to valid notices of alleged infringement and have a policy of terminating repeat infringers.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on Deuce infringes your copyright, send a notice to our Designated Agent including:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it (URL preferred)
  4. Your contact information (address, phone, email)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act

Trademark & Counterfeit Reports

If you are a brand rights holder reporting counterfeit listings, email brand-protection@deuce.global with proof of trademark ownership and the offending listing URLs. We work directly with rights holders to remove counterfeits and terminate offending sellers.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas (the venue specified in our Terms of Service)

Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts subject to multiple substantiated infringement notices will be terminated.

False Claims

Filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
