Returns & Refunds Policy
Buyer Protection
Every Deuce purchase is protected. If your item arrives significantly different from the listing description, you may file a claim within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. This window matches the Buyer Protection clause in our Terms of Service §4.3.
Eligible Reasons for Refund
- Item not received within 14 days of payment
- Item is materially different from listing photos or description
- Item is damaged in transit and not as described
- Item is counterfeit (subject to authentication review)
Non-Refundable Situations
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Cosmetic differences disclosed in the listing
- Damage caused by buyer after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
How to File a Claim
To open a dispute, email disputes@deuce.global within 7 days of delivery (the Buyer Protection window above). In your email, include:
- Your order number (find it in your Account → Orders)
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item as received
Deuce reviews and mediates disputes within 3 business days of receiving your email.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The seller's payout is reversed simultaneously.
Returns Process
If a return is required, Deuce will provide a prepaid shipping label. Items must be returned in the same condition received within 7 days of label issuance.
Seller Disputes
Sellers may appeal refund decisions by contacting disputes@deuce.global within 7 days of the resolution.
