Report Counterfeit Items
Who this page is for
This page is for brand owners, authorized representatives, and rights holders who believe a listing on Deuce infringes their trademark or sells counterfeit goods bearing their brand.
If you are a buyer who suspects you received a counterfeit item, please use our standard returns flow at Returns & Refunds first. Counterfeit-receipt cases are also covered by Deuce buyer protection.
What to include in your report
Email support@deuce.global with the subject line “Counterfeit Report — [Brand Name]” and include:
- Your name, role at the brand, and contact information
- The brand and trademark you represent (with USPTO registration number if available)
- The specific Deuce listing URL or listing ID
- Why you believe the item is counterfeit — e.g., authentication markers missing, logo inaccurate, packaging inconsistent, retail price impossible at listed price
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the listing is unauthorized
- Your electronic signature (typed name) and the date
What happens next
Reports are reviewed by a human within one business day. We aim to remove validated counterfeit listings within 24 hours of receiving a complete report. We will email you with the outcome, and the listed seller is notified that their listing was removed and given an opportunity to respond.
Repeat counterfeit listers are subject to account suspension and permanent ban from the Deuce marketplace.
Brand-partner reporting
Brands that have signed an official partnership agreement with Deuce gain access to a private dashboard where they can flag listings directly. To explore a brand partnership, email partnerships@deuce.global.
False reports
Filing a counterfeit report in bad faith — for example, to remove a competitor's legitimate resale listing — is itself a violation of our Terms of Service and may have legal consequences under federal trademark law. Reports are logged.
