Report Stolen Goods
If you believe a Deuce listing is selling your stolen property — a paddle, racquet, gear bag, or other equipment — we will work with you and local law enforcement to remove the listing and preserve evidence.
Before you submit
- File a police report first. Stolen-property claims require a police report number. Without one, we cannot remove a listing — we can only flag it for monitoring.
- Gather identifying evidence. Serial numbers, distinctive marks (custom grip wraps, scratches, paint chips), original purchase receipts, photos of your gear pre-theft.
What to send us
Email support@deuce.global with the subject line “Stolen Goods Report — [Police Report Number]” and include:
- Your full name and contact information
- The police report number and the police department that took the report
- The specific Deuce listing URL or listing ID you believe is selling your gear
- Identifying features that confirm the item is yours (serial numbers, custom modifications, distinctive wear)
- Photos and/or receipts showing the item was yours before the theft
- A signed statement, under penalty of perjury, that the item is your stolen property
What happens next
- Acknowledgement within 24 hours
- Listing suspension pending investigation (typically within 24 hours of a complete report)
- Seller account information and listing metadata preserved for law enforcement
- Coordination with the police department on the report
- Permanent listing removal and seller ban if the claim is validated
Deuce does not return items directly to claimed owners — recovery happens through law enforcement. We do not adjudicate disputes over ownership; that is the role of police and the courts.
Buyer protection
If you bought an item on Deuce that turns out to be stolen, contact us immediately. We will refund your purchase and work with law enforcement to return the item to its rightful owner. You will not be liable for the purchase price.
