Prohibited Items
What You Can Sell
Deuce is a marketplace exclusively for racquet sports equipment and apparel. The following categories are permitted:
- Padel — paddles, balls, court accessories
- Tennis — racquets, strings, balls, accessories
- Pickleball — paddles, balls, accessories
- Apparel — performance shirts, shorts, skirts, dresses, hats, jackets
- Accessories — bags, grips, dampeners, wristbands, court shoes
- Court Equipment — nets, posts, ball machines, ball hoppers, line tape, court materials, full panels, and similar facility-grade gear. Oversized items requiring freight shipping are allowed; sellers must coordinate delivery directly with buyers.
Items Strictly Prohibited
The following will be removed and may result in account termination:
- Equipment for non-racquet sports (golf, baseball, basketball, etc.)
- Counterfeit or replica items of any brand
- Stolen merchandise
- Items violating manufacturer authorized seller agreements
- Hazardous materials
- Recalled products
- Used undergarments or hygiene-sensitive items
- Items requiring age verification (alcohol, tobacco, weapons of any kind)
- Drugs, supplements, or pharmaceuticals
- Digital goods, services, or memberships
- Tickets, gift cards, or any form of currency
Brand Authenticity
All listings of branded equipment (Babolat, HEAD, Wilson, Bullpadel, NOX, Siux, JOOLA, Selkirk, etc.) must be authentic. Deuce works with brands to identify and remove counterfeit listings. See our DMCA / IP Policy.
Reporting Violations
If you believe a listing violates this policy, click "Report listing" on the product page or email trust@deuce.global.
Enforcement
Deuce reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any listing or terminate any account found to violate this policy. Repeated violations may result in permanent ban.
